With their relationship, it’s a bumpy first several months but they find a way to make it work. They end up spending the night together, they get back together. While he was gone, he ran into Vanessa (and Aaron) at an environmental protest. After completing his first term, he made the controversial decision not to run for a second term. Nate did end up becoming mayor, living up to everything his family wanted him to be… But he hated it. In fact, he’s worked his way up the ladder from Doorman to Building Manager. A string of Bass Hotels open up in Paris and (because Blair insisted on bringing Dorota along with her) Vanya now works there. Two years after the D&S wedding, Blair gives birth two twins, naming both Serena and Dorota as their godmothers, Nate and Vanya as their godfathers. Chuck and Blair thrive in France better than they ever could in New York. A year into their wedding, Bass Industries moves their headquarters to Paris and Mr & Mrs Bass relocate- much to the delight of Blair. 
They move to Italy and have a couple of kids, Klaus and Lacey. A couple years after being #TeamSingle, she meets a French expressionist painter, Bernardo, and they fall in love. She’s a social, constantly buzzing creature.
Serena’s moved on, living her best life. 
Lonely Boy has moved back to the Brooklyn loft, which he’s bought from his dad.
A year post wedding and they’ve started divorce proceedings. They’re sleeping in different beds, in different wings of their home, only coupling up when in public or around cameras. Fight me all you want but those two were their worst selves when together (and that includes who they were when they were close to Blair). Six months after their epic romantic wedding, Lonely Boy and S have separated. Everytime I rewatch the show (and that dreadful finale) I like to think about everyone’s future…
